Advantek’s
full range of capabilities covers technical content, event planning
and logistics management. Advantek develops exceptional, turnkey, one-,
two-, or three-day workshop and informational seminar events for our
clients. Wherever possible, our workshops include modeling, practice,
and feedback components. We aim to create a hands-on atmosphere to
encourage active participation and give participants an opportunity
to experience new ideas. Our programs are designed to promote ample
dialogue between presenters and audience, and provide plentiful networking
opportunities. Our key role is as a catalyst for bringing people together
rather than merely presenting expertise on an issue.

Cooperative Learning
Education plays a vital role in meeting our clients’ common need to
improve resource efficiency and staff productivity, while reducing costs.
Advantek’s workshop approach is based on the principal of cooperative
learning: small groups of participants working together maximize productivity.
Since the first research study in 1898, hundreds of cooperative learning
studies have been conducted. Research clearly shows that cooperative
learning, compared with competitive and individual learning, results
in higher achievement and greater productivity. One of the strongest
research findings is that cooperative learning increases positive working
relationships.
